We suddenly needed to place my father in law in assisted living very quickly and had a wonderful experience with placement at American House Bartlett. Tindall and Omar were amazing! They walked us through the process step by step, explaining everything in detail and answering our questions very thoroughly.   After meeting the staff and several residents, my husband and I felt very much at peace with our difficult decision to place my father in law in AL.

I want to start off by saying, what a tremendous change American House Bartlett  has underwent!! The staff is super friendly, it smells pleasant, and it’s in a perfect area!! I suggested this particular assisted living for a neighbor of mine for her grandmother! She went and toured, and her tour host meet her at the door! The tour host introduced her self as Lacresha Bowdery, Wellness Director! The greeting from Lacresha was VERY welcoming! She explained the building lay out perfectly! She answered all the nursing questions and concerns, and ensured that her grandmother would be taken care of with dignity, love, compassion, and respect!! Since then, my neighbor signed the lease, and her grandmother has been there for a year now and is very happy!! Way to go American House Bartlett!!!
