My mom has been a resident for 5 weeks, and to my siblings and me, this has been a blessing. The staff is attentive, nurturing, and caring. The activities are wonderful from the exercise classes, movies, and many social events. Her room is bright and cheery, the atmosphere is positive and happy, and the restaurant is delightful. We are grateful for the care and community that the Bristal-Bethpage offers my mom and our family. She could not be in a better place.

I can’t say enough good things about The Bristol Assisted Living in Bethpage. The care and compassion they show my mom, who is 99, each day gives our entire family peace of mind. From the moment she arrived, we were welcomed like family, and that warmth has continued.
The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to her well-being. They make sure she’s not only safe and comfortable, but also engaged and happy. The activities, the meals, the personal attention—it’s all top notch. It’s clear they go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment.
Knowing my mom is surrounded by such a caring team makes all the difference. We’re truly grateful for everything The Bristol does.

My father has been at The Bristal at Bethpage for a little over two months now, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience so far. Making the decision to move him into assisted living was incredibly difficult for our family, but from the very beginning, Sara, Colleen and the entire staff were nothing short of amazing.
Sara guided us with empathy, patience, and professionalism through every step of the transition process. She understood our concerns and treated us—and more importantly, my dad—with compassion and respect. Her support made a very emotional situation feel much more manageable.
Randi was also incredibly helpful during the move-in and transition period. She patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and provided guidance and reassurance throughout. She was supportive not just to my dad, but to me as well, which made a huge difference as we both adjusted to this new chapter.
Chris at the front desk always welcomed us with warmth and kindness, which truly helped ease our nerves during those early visits. Carlos went above and beyond by helping us put together my dad’s furniture—something small, but incredibly meaningful during such a hectic time. And when my dad wasn’t feeling well, Diana provided attentive and thoughtful care, making sure he was comfortable and closely monitored. Her genuine concern was deeply appreciated.
Since moving in, my dad has received exceptional care. The staff is attentive, kind, and clearly committed to the well-being of the residents. He’s starting to feel more at home, and we’ve seen a positive shift in his mood and health.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at The Bristal at Bethpage for their compassion, professionalism, and support. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to any family looking for quality, respectful care for a loved one.

My aunt has been living at the Bristal in Bethpage in reflections since the end of May 2025. She has dementia and the care she is receiving is amazing. She has a beautiful studio room , the dining room is like hotel quality and service with great food. The staff is outstanding each and everyone of them from the top staff to the amazing staff that cares for her personal needs and those that clean the room and facility. She is safe and well cared for and very content which is truly a blessing because we can sleep at night knowing she is safe and well cared for and we can return to being family members as it was becoming impossible to care for her at home. I can’t say enough wonderful things.
