Ivy Springs Manor is a state-licensed Personal Care Home and Memory Care in Buford, GA. Ivy Springs Manor is built like a mountain lodge with stone and timbers, and warm finishes. We have two lush courtyards for gardening, relaxing and sitting. Positioned between interstate I-985 and I-85 allows our group outings and van service easy commuting for a plethora of entertainment options for our residents, families and their guests. We offer care inclusive pricing. This means our family members have a flat rate of costs. Our community encourages our residents to be as independent as they choose and when the time comes, we are here to be of assistance with the care they need. Having a flat rate takes away the worry of add on costs or fluctuating levels of care pricing from month to month, making it easier on family’s budgets and their loved ones. Your monthly rate covers the room cost and any assistance needed with medication management, bathing, dressing and grooming. Also included are our community services such as weekly housekeeping, laundry (linens, towels and clothing) and scheduled doctor visits. Our Director of Dinning Services and his team prepare three delicious meals a day with the freedom to choose from an alternative menu. Our Director of Excitement offers daily events and programs to encourage our residents to be social and not just live but live well. Ivy Springs Manor makes every effort to have safe, trusted and reliable outside services come into our community to help serve our residents with a scheduled clinical team of traveling doctors, nurse practitioners, podiatrist, dentist, home health, physical therapists, occupational therapists, hospice companies and of course a Salon & Spa onsite. All outside services are optional and can be billed through your insurance or to the appropriate family member. It truly is a nice place to live and visit.
