The Independent Living section of The Forum is a very nice place and I would recommend it - the staff engages with the residents and the atmosphere is positive and inviting. They have fun and inviting activities and are kind and accepting. Stacia is off the charts - she is a lovely, compassionate and caring lady who thrives on showing love and inclusiveness to the residents. Mom truly enjoyed it there. I cannot, however, endorse the Assisted Living portion of the facility aside from a few employees. The director there is chilly and does not at all display the compassion and empathy required to run an assisted living facility - all of which trickles down to the staff. It is evident why the capacity of the ALF section is less than 30-40%. There are, however, a few outstanding folks there - Jeanette, the activities director, is absolutely fantastic - enthusiastic and endearing...always does her best to engage the residents and succeeds. She treated Mom with dignity and respect...and made her laugh, which is invaluable to aging seniors! Leigh (nurse) is kind and Doris (resident care assistant) is sensational and always kind and loving - her smile lights up a room. Karen in the dining room is another superb lady. These people truly "get it" and work with the population where they are both physically and mentally. The aging process strips folks of many things...their pride diminishes greatly. They require support, love and kindness...even when they're at the worst. It is my hope that the new management company is able to recognize this so as to increase the census in the Assisted Living portion of this facility.

My mother recently moved into the Assisted Living section at The Forum. She is very happy living in her apartment. She particularly loves the roomy size and her Balcony. Shes involved with many activities, enjoys the food and the friendly caring staff. The nurses efficiently keep up with her care. I highly recommend The Forum.

We looked at many, many assisted living facilities for our Dad from Parkland to Delray and the Forum checked every box that we all had. It is not an easy task but I can't say enough thank you's to the great people at The Forum at Deer Creek, especially Mary Rose who made this difficult experience so easy, right from the first phone call she put my concerns at ease. Mary Rose even sent my Sister, who lives in California, a photo of his first night (attached) to put her mind at ease while she was dealing w/ being evacuated from the fires in LA. The Forum is very lucky to have Mary Rose as one of their representatives. I would also like to mention that every employee, from the front desk to maintenance made this transition a great experience. The nurses and aides are incredible and extremely helpful. All of the residents I interacted with were very welcoming and will be great neighbors to our Dad. We truly feel that he will be well taken care of while still having some independence. More importantly our Dad likes his new residence, loves the steak n cheese sandwich for lunch but the scallops, not so much. LOL LOL LOL

We moved my Mom into The Forum 1.5 years ago and were immediately impressed at how great not only the staff is, but the facility itself. They recently just completed a renovation indoors (from carpeting to artwork) and it looks so fresh and clean. We are really happy she is there (and so is she!).

After months of looking for an Independent living situation for my wife’s sister we discovered The Forum at Deer Creek. Our first visit was unannounced, and not an appointment. It was a drive-by and a decision to stop and ask for some information. The immediate impression and greeting was amazing. The receptionist made a call to Stacie. It was a Sunday afternoon. Stacie greeted us and immediately took us on a tour. She spent more than an hour with us. Friendly. Knowledgeable and understanding of the need. That first visit lead us to a number of additional visits and meetings with Dan Rizzi. Dan reached out to us early the next week, and in person meeting with Dan, Mary Rose and Kathleen. Each meeting was solid and gave us the confidence that The Forum was the place. We visited with my wife’s sister several times each with lunch, and an addition visit with a close friend. Each visit was positive and reconfirming. The facility is bright, clean, well organized with an amazing monthly schedule of activities. The food is “5-Star”! Have to say…really good! The apartments are well maintained and the entire facility is kept very well. The hallways and all remodeled, and smell fresh and clean. The common areas are all well maintained and in use by residents. Residents are welcoming as well. Dan, Stacie, Mary Rose and Kathleen are a great team. The Deer Creek area of Deerfield Beach is a gem of a location. Super close to Boca and on the Deer Creek golf course ( where you can get a nice lunch or dinner). Peaceful, and beautiful grounds. Make sure to visit The Forum and Deer Creek, a decision like this is super important for the entire family. So pleased we are part of The Forum at Deer Creek family!
