"DO NOT, FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT place your loved ones, your friends, or even your enemies here to be cared for. The care that is provided here is deplorable at it's best. I was told The facility manager was to blame, however through further investigations of my own, I have discovered that the facility manager is not the one to be blamed for the lack of care that is provided. In fact the owners of the facility are the ones to blame for the lack of care, there have been multiple complaints of neglect, official investigations that resulted in multiple fines and sanctions placed on the facility. Several Tens of thousands dollars in fines. I don't know how this facility is even allowed to continue operate. My guess is that the state of California will not shut it down as long as the fines are paid. The OWNERS of the facility are paid roughly $2,000 or more per individual residing in this facility yet the manager is given a monthly "food budget" of $200 per person. It's also expected to cover toiletries and cleaning supplies. The managers are constantly paying out of pocket and with out reimbursement for much of these supplies "
