Here our story.. Mom has dementia and limited mobility, and we were unable to care for her in her home. She spent 2.5 weeks at and almost died at a big corporate assisted living facility. That was a huge mistake and we were drawn in by the resort style amenities - but at the big corporate place she was one needy patient along with 29 others for two caregivers. So we found her hypoxic one day and we took her to the hospital. There was no way I was taking my mom back to the corporate facility and so I was quickly looking for an alternative place for her to live - small and homey. while she was recovering in the hospital we found this amazing place - Sunrise!! From the very start owners Nikki and Andy showed their caring and professional nature. They helped us feel at ease with placing mom there. They gave mom the very best care, and I felt they were always looking out for her best interest. You won't find better care than this. Owners Nikki and Andy, plus the live in family members really give this place a home like feel instead of a facility. The food is amazing too! They took the time to get to know my mom's likes and dislikes and did their very best to meet her needs. They gave her so much time and attention!!! Go visit and meet them if you're looking for a home for your loved one. They're about the nicest people I've ever met.

Nikki, Andy and crew took very good care of my mother in law. The care was top notch and consistent. They are very communicative with the family. Highly recommended!

The entire staff and owners who live on the premises are skilled, compassionate, and attentive. Both my step-father and mother, at separate times, have been in Sunrise’s care. I know that everyday my mother who suffers from dementia is treated kindly and with dignity. In addition, the staff worries about me and my stress at seeing my mother so helpless. They make sure I am okay, too. I am grateful.

It was a blessing to find Sunrise Assisted Living Facility for my mom. She has been a resident there since 2019. They are very attentive to her needs. They are just wonderful and have become part of our family. I love them.
