"I was fired as well the boss made up so many things but sent reports to my job specialist every month of me working there that I was an excellent worker on time and did my job! A month before my contract was up I was pulled in the office to be fired. One of the reasons that made me upset was a client who normally does this when she doesn’t get her way told them “she didn’t feel safe” she’s a very smart client and knows how to use her words when she wants too! This client accused me of so many things the boss took it into matters didn’t ask me anything about what happened she asked if I had any defense for myself when I asked for a copy of the report she still has not yet even gave me a copy of the report just a paper w/ false accusations of why she fired me. BUT KEEP IN MIND this client has accused me of something before 1 month of me barely getting comfortable working there first time she did this the boss laughed and told me that she makes things up when she can’t get her way laughed and told the client “to be nice and play nice” client even apologized to me for lying on me. I agree with previous reviews that this facility gets away with a lot of things. I took a DSP training class I learned that this facility barely has anything in order. "

"Agreeing with previous review. This facility is by far inappropriate! Clients do drink tap water and are limited to only so much they are adults and can barely have a full cup of juice. We started by just giving them a whole cup but bosses request Bonnie Smith narrowed it to half a cup. Doesn’t matter what shift you work you will be sitting at a kitchen table ALL DAY! And you just might get a complaint about it when that’s the only place your allowed to really be is at the kitchen table! The boss turns the air off when she leaves the facility so everyone is hot and there are no activities! NONE and when I was hired I was told they have bbqs they go on outings and sometimes walks w/ staff THEY LITERALLY ARE BARELY ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING Instead of painting with actual brushes they have to use cotton balls dip it in water and brush it across a paper. The boss is VERY VERY MUCH CHEAP! There are also PREVIOUS times my check was cut. From my knowledge the boss isn’t allowed to lay back in the chair snoring while everyone does HER WORK she gets a check like everyone else even though she is the “boss” and she does literally nothing most days. We are required to document on the bosses shift she documents NOTHING leaves the paper empty for the behavioralist. I feel sorry for the clients 1 client Isn’t even allowed to go in other rooms BUT the kitchen table. Everything is so hush hush this facility gets away w/ a lot of things! And everything about this NEO program is true they will fire you before your time is up it has happened more than once here! WARNING ⚠️ "

"DO NOT GO THROUGH NEO PROGRAM. These people are FRAUD! They will hire you then make up excuses to fire you even though they are required to send reports about how your doing your work! I received excellent feedback everytime up until my last month before starting a new contract they fired me. It’s all for the money it’s really not about the clients. They aren’t even allowed to drink water bottles but tap water from the sink only staff are allowed to drink WATER BOTTLES etc. DONT DO IT "
