"People who are in early recovery want to be in an environment where they can feel safe from all drugs and alcohol. They want to feel like they can place their trust in a company and in people who’ll be there for them and help them along the way. While I was staying at Richlin I was being treated not only unfairly by the staff, but I was around drugs and alcohol while I was in the program. The staff did what little they could to prevent this but most of the time it was like they didn’t even care. Trust! Another issue I had with both house managers’ was trust. They violated my HIPPA rights and opened their mouth to someone who had no right to my profile. If you like warm up TV dinners then this place is for you. Clients sneaking out at night? This place is for you. House managers unfairly keeping clients longer than they need to, to only benefit themselves (house managers) from our money. It’s for you. If you want to still be around drugs and alcohol, here it is. Fights breaking out between clients and drama between clients and staff. It’s for you. Richlin was nothing but a relapse house for me. If you do want to find a good home, I’d go anywhere but Richlin."
