I can’t say enough wonderful things about Thunderbird Quality Home Care! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. Mike and Maria, the owners, go above and beyond to create a warm, family-like atmosphere where residents are truly cared for and valued. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and patient, treating everyone with respect and dignity. The facility itself is always clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Activities are engaging, the meals are excellent, and there’s a genuine sense of community among both residents and staff. Mike and Maria’s passion for what they do is clear in every detail. They know each resident personally and make sure their needs are met, not just physically but emotionally as well. It’s rare to find owners so involved and dedicated. If you’re looking for a safe, supportive, and loving place for your loved one, I highly recommend this assisted living center. It has given our family peace of mind, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness shown here.

Mike, Maria and Brianna are the absolute BEST! We are forever grateful that our Mom was able to spend her final years living in their lovely home. She received the outstanding care and was treated professionally yet like a member of the family!! Highly recommend this wonderful care home!!

The short story is, Mike and Marie and other family members who run Thunderbird Quality Home Care, are some of the kindest, most caring people you could hope to meet. If you have a friend or relative (or yourself) living in the northwest Phoenix area who need daily care, placing them in Thunderbird would be the best thing you could do. It may be cliche, but it's true that they treat their residents like family. My mother and sister were both in and out of hospitals and rehab for many months. After the last rehab and putting my mother under hospice care, we moved her to Thunderbird Quality Care Home on the recommendation of a friend of my mother's at her senior living facility. This woman's husband had spent the last few months of his life there and she could not recommend them highly enough. About six weeks after moving my mother in, we moved my sister there from the hospital. My sister passed two days later (it was a good thing my mother could be with her when she passed). My mother was devastated by this and she passed a little over two months later. During the time my mother spent at Thunderbird, she was tended to 24 hours a day. She was fed delicious home cooked meals. They played games and did puzzles with her and the other residents. Their care for my mother went above and beyond as Mike took my mother to see my sister at the nearby hospital a couple of time just as an example. My mother's hospice nurse said she'd never seen a higher level of compassion and care. Again, I cannot recommend Thunderbird highly enough for daily care of you or a loved one.

There is no better care than at Thunderbird Quality Homecare. I would give a hundred stars if I could. Both Mike and Maria care about their residents as if they were their own family. For over 7 years both my mother and father were in their care. Both my parents and all the other residents were/are always well taken care of, clean, hair brushed, happy and always playing some type of activity. Maria makes all the meals homemade, and my goodness is the food she serves delicious. (Thank you Maria for all the Thanksgivings I spent there with mom & dad!!) I love how close they are located to the hospital. And I love how Mike and Maria are so kind and light hearted, and always kept me updated on them. I always tell Maria that this is where I would like to be placed when I can no longer take care of myself. God bless Mike and Maria, we are forver gratefeul for you and your wonderful family!
