SPRING CREEK HOME

"Complaint against Spring Creek Homes Today November 30th 2023 around 3pm mountain time I called this nursing home to speak to my Mother Patricia Ann Bully and she lady name Jonene answer the phone I asked her could I speak with my Mom and know her condo and whereabouts and the Lady was awfully nasty and rude stating she couldn't give out No information about my Mother. I told her that Residence and patients have rights and it were cruel and unhumane for them to avoid her and us her to have any contact with my Mom and her family. The rude lady said that she can't give out any information and that my Mom have a guardian and then she rudely and disrespectful hung up the phone in my face. My Mother already complained to us that this establishment wasn't treating her right and they were tampering with her finances. Our family is extremely concerned about my Mother's health and well-being and now even more especially how Janelle rudely talked to me plus hanging up in my face while I was talking. Someone signed illegally to be my Mother's guardian. This establishment is dishonest, unprofessional, and acted with No integrity. Our family will be exhausting further administrative and civil remedies. This place nor any other place will get away with kidnapping my Mother because they want to benefit from her being another bed space. Thank you Respectfully Yours; The Bully Family "
