My Mother, Dot Rucker, lived at St. Ives Memory Care for about 18 months. She had advanced Alzheimer's, could not walk and had to be fed pureed food. From the day she moved in until she passed away, the entire staff was very helpful. The aides and nurses took wonderful, loving care of her. When her 95-year-old body began to fade, they were wonderful to our whole family. I highly recommend St. Ives.
Very incompetent community they had my mother admitted for 3 days in a row without medications or monitoring of her blood pressure or blood sugars after being fully aware of her chronic condition. They made me go through so many channels to ensure her medications were administered correctly and still dif not administer them to her they sent her to the ER with her health at high risk.. I would not suggest this community to anymore through nurse director is very nasty rude and unprofessional as well I will be reporting them to corporate
My Mom has been there over a year now and it is awesome! I love everyone that works there. They all have the patience of a saint!
Unlike other places Mom has been, they interact with the residents constantly to keep them engaged.
They deliver what they promised!
Very clean! Courteous, pleasant staff! Top Quality Care for my father who has alzheimers. Thanks to Abby for always being available for questions or concerns. Truly a blessing!!
My friends mom lives here and I visit pretty regularly. I’m amazed at the kind and caring staff. The people living there look well cared for and happy. Definitely a special place!
