I would make a request that the common areas are cleaned more frequently, specifically vacuuming the carpeted areas and hallways where on the floors where residents reside.  Also, the house keeping for residents could be a bit more thorough. Otherwise, the staff has been accommodating and friendly.

My mom has been at Westmont for 8 months.  It started out good because she was independent.   But now she needs more care and no one is returning any of my messages.  I started reaching out over a week ago and have heard nothing. I've asked the front desk to speak to someone and no one is ever available.  I'm driving twice a day, about 1 1/2 hours total to give my mom her medications.  Doesn't seem right to me for what we're paying.

Walking in to Westmont senior living I had a really warm welcome, everyone I talked to was super nice and friendly. The building is super clean, bright and super spacious. I talked to Tami and she was great, super knowledgeable, friendly she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
