My grandmother live here and we are using the transportation service they offer. Jodie the driver  , who works for you all was very awesome. Very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend her there for your transportation needs

My wife and I have been here since February 28th of 2023. It is a place for older adults with a flare towards the good Christian life. It is wonderful. The people that work with you are the best, and the grounds, although some is under construction what isn't is beautiful.

Very sorry to report that the patient experience at The Manor at Carpenters is unpleasant and very unsafe.  Rooms are poorly lit, poorly ventilated, dirty, and full of fall risks (electrical cords, amazon delivery boxes etc. ).  There was broken glass on the filthy bathroom floor on the day of admission. Simple  over the counter personal items that provided comfort and a degree of independence were taken away from the patient. Bedsore prevention is nonexistent and physician attention to wounds is unlikely to occur prior to discharge.  Leadership is resistant to feedback and refuses to accept responsibility for poor decisions and associated patient outcomes.

My father has been a resident of the Manor for the past 6 months, I have to say this place is awesome.  I visit my father at least 3 to 4 times a week and he is always taken care of. I have never seen that he is being neglected in any way. He is physiaclly taken care of (medications and any wound care). He is always clean and groomed.  I have seen the food and it looks pretty good and my father likes it as a general rule. The rooms and common area are always clean.  The CNA's and LPN's that are the hands on caregivers. are all top notch.This is a well run facility.

I had a Knee replacement, went for rehab in the Manor and Lilybeth and Drew made sure I got great care! There Therapy is one of the Best in Lakeland and I am healing amazingly and still doing the exercises Drew told me too
