Divine Hope AFH LLC

"Divine Hope is a house with six residents. There are two bathrooms, a tiny common area and a kitchen that the residents are forbidden to use. My father lived there for about two years. He was constantly complaining about the home and its owner. My wife and I just assumed that he was depressed about losing his home. Once he recorded a conversation with the owner asking to go to the store. The owner replied "No, maybe next time." Then the owner went on to say some unnecessary and hurtful things. The entire time my wife and I were taking the tour, it was a staged performance. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. "

"The place is clean and accommodating for residents in need. I would certainly prefer to be in my own house, but my medical status will not realistically allow for that if I am to remain safe. I cannot complain too much though, as the nursing staff here is wonderful. All living areas are kept clean. I have my own room, operate on my own schedule (for the most part), and am treated with respect by the entire staff. I receive as much medical attention as I want or need without any argument. There is a large living room, kitchen, dining area with surrounding rooms. Out back there is a large fenced yard, with a nice green yard and a good-sized vegetable garden. A full-sized deck offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy being outside, when weather permits. If you are a person who requires consistent attention, Divine Hope is a great choice. I can say that in the two years I have been here, no rooms have remained empty for more than a day. I cannot say for sure, but there is likely a waiting list, so if you or someone you know and love need a place such as this I would recommend calling for a room ASAP."
