"The care for my brother started out good. Once COVID hit they did not follow the COVID protocols nor did they follow through with getting my brother vaccinated after continuous request to do so. Last request was March 5th and he was diagnosed with COVID March 20th and died on April 12. 2 of the 6 residents died from COVID and my understanding is that they all 6 had it. This was preventable!!!! They also could not find his DNR when he was transported to hospital. By the time they found it and got it to hospital he had already been incubated and on a ventilator, Both were things he did not want. The language barrier is huge!!! He came back on hospice and they did not understand the pain med routine or what hospice was. I had to take the chart and try and explain it to them. It was a horrible way for him to die and for us to watch. "
