"They can't keep staff because the owner doesn't want to pay the going rate for caregivers. Alot of times they don't serve nutritious meals & caregivers aren't licensed to give medications. Whoever is there sleeps when the residents do which is a problem because a resident may need help & not heard."

"They don't want to pay caregivers rate of pay what they are asking. Sometimes the caregiver is working alone try to do everything which is too much which causes the residents to not get attention when they need it. Caregivers are giving out prescription medication which is licensed to do. "
