Sunrise Assisted Living Of Lincroft

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sunrise of Lincroft. The entire staff could not have done anymore to make my stepmother's last months any more comfortable and peaceful.It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved with her care. Your kindness and attention has meant the world to me and my family. I am truly grateful to all the staff for their kindness. They all performed in a professional manner with deep concern for her. Thank you everyone you are the best. I would recommend anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved one , go visit Sunrise of Lincroft. They are the best!

An absolutely fantastic, amazing, incredible facility with even better staff. The care, the comfort, the personal attention, the medical attention, all magnificent. After touring more than a dozen facilities, I can't fathom a better place for senior care.

This is a happy, caring, positive group that knows each resident by name and respects their needs and dignity. They are easy to work with, genuinely love their residents and make for a fun, celebration oriented environment. I love to visit!

I was assisting my aunt in the search for the right place for her. We heard about this place, I looked into it and loved what I heard. My aunt went to check it out and she fell in love with it. She feels secure, well looked after, and is very happy. The only frustration she has is that she can't get the Comcast to work on her television.

Be careful before putting a loved one in this facility. My husband and I became legally responsible for his paternal grandmother after his fathers unexpected death. His grandmother was unable to care for herself after some time and my husband became ill and could not continue caring for her daily, therefore we were unable to care for her. We looked at many assisted living homes and thought that Sunrise would be wonderful as it is about 5 minutes from our home. We were told that 25 months of payments then it goes to Medicare, they neglected to tell us that they only had one medicare spot and it was full- long story short we were out of money. We began the process with an elder life management company- they found a nursing type home for her but were unable to move her due to Covid. Unfortunately, my husbands grandmother contracted covid while under their care and passed away. While attempting to collect the debt from us they would not listen to our concerns and were extremely rude while attempting to work the debt out. Kept telling us that their protocol does not accept covid patients back therefore we were lying. If I knew how heartless and unwilling to discuss this organization was I would have never agreed to having them care for her. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is the caretakers such as Cecelia were incredibly kind. Please think twice before signing the paperwork.
