Although my Mom has only been a resident at Harmony Assisted Living for about two months, it was been a great experience for her. The staff has been very welcoming and caring as have the other residents. My Mom's room has been kept very clean and anytime I have visited, I have felt comfortable, my Mom was there. This is the third Assisted Living facility my Mom has been a resident over the past 12 or so years and it is by far the best on all levels. The activities that the residents are offered have been outstanding. On several occasions during my visits, I have enjoyed musical entertainment in the afternoons and I have been very impressed with the level of talent Harmony has brought in. I have also dined with my Mom several times and the food has been outstanding. Equally outstanding has been the Director of Sales, Kimberly Anderson-Felga. She has gone out of way on numerous occasions to solve issues and to be of service in any way possible. She has always shown kindness and caring that goes way beyond any expectation.

My mom has been living at Harmony at Spring Hill for the past two and a half years, and all I can say is—thank God we chose this place. The level of care is outstanding, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. This isn’t just a job for them—it’s a calling, and it shows in everything they do. I’ve been visiting almost every other day for the past 2.5 years, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the compassion, patience, and warmth they show to every resident. It feels like a real home, not a facility. When my time comes, I’ve already told my kids—this is where I want to be. Thank you, Harmony, for taking such amazing care of my mom and for giving our family peace of mind. #dimentiasucks

My Dad was not excited about leaving his own place and going into an assisted living facility -- so we were prepared for bumps and challenges. It's been one month and he's really settling in nicely. He told his granddaughter that the "people here take good care of us" and he likes the food in the dining room. He's starting to take advantage of more of the activities and making some new friends. The team at Harmony should be proud of the support that they're giving to our loved ones.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law have lived there for 5 years. Every year the air conditioning goes out last year it was out for 3 months before they fixed it. They put in a cheesy window unit that barely worked. 11,000 a month rent I think that harmony would do better. Every time I confronted them about it it was just another lie.

Food comes cold, what is on menu not always provided. Staff does not communicate. Don’t get the care promised.. In addition, if you pay monthly bill by check, they charge an additional $50 for each check which means $600 per year for 12 checks, and they refuse to tell you why. The staff constantly changes and the newest director is leaving on July 17, 2025. Have found bed wet from blanket to mattress pad, yet made up to look fresh. Money was stolen from husbands walker. On my arrival, found him soaking wet on many occasions. When you ask questions you are ignored. Would not recommend this place.
