I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the many wonderful caregivers in all roles at Fountain Court. Over the past year plus, the consistent love and caring that was given to my mom from day one of her residence at Fountain Court through her last day on earth means the world to myself and all her family. Anu, Semira, JeeJee, Megan, Delphinia, Gianna, Libby, Bobbi, Angie, Merci, Toa, Leo, Amos, Scholastica, Elvis, Taya, Rachel, Hannah, Cliff, Kim, Wanda, Randy, Kyle, Cassie, Grace, Wendy, Courtney, and others who have come and gone treated my mom as if she was their own family, and made Fountain Court home for her. Every one of them went above and beyond. We were so blessed. Thank you.

At the beginning of summer 2024, we realized mom should not be living alone. This felt very overwhelming. I prayed for God to show us what to do. We made short term arrangements for June and July to have one of us stay with mom every day while we figured out what to do long term. Moving her in with one of us (3 kids) was not an option as we all have full time jobs, 2 of us travel quite a bit, and I live in Phoenix. We toured a few assisted living places and group family homes. There was one that stood out - Fountain Court. It seemed like a bright and cheerful place and the management was welcoming. We moved mom in July 2024. After a short bout with cancer, Mom passed away in September 2025. The Fountain Court management team was so good to walk through the care process with us and they provided a respite room for me when needed. To the staff, I want to thank you all for the past year+ of blessings. Mom was happy to be there and she felt cared for “Everyone is so nice to me”. She also would say “I’m popular, everyone knows my name”! Your smile, kind help, and your laughter made all the difference. The joyful dance moves(!) and blown kisses were so sweet. The care that was given as her illness progressed was wonderful. You were her angels. Your care gave us peace of mind and helped us to enjoy our time left with our mom. Thank you to our dear friends among the staff: Anu, Semira, JeeJee, Megan, Delphinia, Gianna, Libby, Bobbi, Angie, Merci, Toa , Leo, Amos, Scholastica, Elvis, Rachel, Hannah, Cliff, Kim, Wanda, Randy, Kyle, Linda, Taya, Cassie, Grace, Wendy, Courtney. We are forever grateful for you.

We lived in a cottage. The washer and dryer were filthy. Washer torre our clothes, dryer had dirt and hard stuff in it that was hard and had to be soaked. Finally I went to the executive director and said she this is unacceptable. We got a new washer and dryer. The maintenance director didn't like that and they were going to put the old w/d in the main building for the residents!!! He installed the dryer incorrectly, pushing the dryer against the wall prevented the clothes from getting dry. I pulled the dryer away from the wall. He said we had AC from the main thermostat, but we did not. So they did install air conditioning unit. We had a window AC. They should have told us we only had the window unit. Food was fair, not very good. The house cleaner was a male who talked more than he cleaned. TERRIBLE cleaning, filthy the way he cleaned. I complained and the next time he came he made comments about us, clearly he was mad. I went to explain what I wanted cleaned and he came at me yelling three times. I ran out to get my husband and he followed and said "Get a new cleaner. " The maintenance director came over to show the new cleaner what I wanted cleaned. I gave him a piece of paper with instructions. He began telling the new cleaner what to do but I kept saying "Look at the paper " three times but never looked at it and then he called me "Nasty ". I developed an ulcer because I was so scared and stressed. My PCP wrote a letter saying I could no longer live under these conditions so we were released from our contract and we moved in 5 days. Elder abuse. I would NOT recommend this place.
