My Mom has been on the personal care unit (The Pines) since 2018. As I witness her memory and self-care skills slowly decline, the staff on her unit adjust their support to her needs and always keep a close eye on her. They are patient, gentle, and show warmth and compassion toward her. I can tell that my Mom feels safe and loved at WEL- Main Line and I'm grateful.

Our dear sister Tricia lived at Wesley for her last six months. The staff treated her as a friend with kindness and compassion. Our rather large family was also made to feel most welcome. The nurses, aides, therapists, social worker and numerous teams providing transportation, dietary, housekeeping, activities, security, admissions and business support all contributed to creating an environment of caring that balanced Tricia’s health struggles with moments of happiness. I called this place twice and no one ever gets back to you. Brenda is useless! Terrible customer service. If they can't call you back, I don't want my loving family member there. I can only imagine how they treat their residence. Yikes!

I spent four months at Wesley recovering from a fractured tibia. I received excellent, compassionate daily care, expert physical therapy, and constant encouragement and support. The staff were generous with their time and attention, the facilities were pleasant, the food tasty. Like most post-Covid nursing institutions, they suffered occasional short staffing, but those who remained did their best to see that my needs were met and my recovery assisted. Whether you need temporary recuperation or long-term residency, I highly recommend Wesley Enhanced Living.
