California Assisted Development (CAD) provides community based services supporting the developmentally disabled with severe behavioral disorders.
Currently, efforts are directed toward the management of a network of behavioral services and vocational training options and services.
CAD also maintains a team of licensed consultants to assist with evaluation, assessment procedures, plan development and staff training.
The philosophy of this agency is aimed at translating the theoretical principles of normalization into practical strategies for the community integration of individuals with special needs.
