"They started off fairly decent when my sister first moved there. The Turner's seemed to care about their residents. Over the last 4 year's, there has definitely been a decline in the level of care they provide. The Turner's don't give a shit who they hire. The new people don't know how to care for people and don't want to work. In their defense, however, the Turner's no longer want to pay their employees. They are missing hours on their checks and sometimes they bounce. The food they serve now is bullshit they wouldn't eat, peas and cheeseless pizza for example. The neglect and incompetence that my sister had to deal with the last year was unbelievable. If they would take care of their residents well-being, pay their employees a decent wage and get some better food like they did in the past instead of trying to focus on driving range rovers and moonlighting with the help and passing blame as to why they could have a good group home again."
