"EDITED TO ADD: AFTER I POSTED THE LAST REVIEW I REALIZED THE SMALL MISTAKE I MADE WAS UNDER THE "RELATIONSHIP" PART WHERE I PUT "RESIDENT" BUT I MEANT TO PUT "RELATIVE OF RESIDENT" SO AS A DISCLOSURE, I AM A HER MOM NOT THE RESIDENT. THANK YOU!! My daughter is unfortunately in this home right now. The owner goes by the name of "Lakisha R*****s" and she is very disrespectful and yells at the clients in the home she owns. She threatened my daughters life and asked my daughter if "she was ready to die and that she was going to kill her" and apparently kept on staring into my daughters eyes screaming at her that "she (Lakisha) was going to kill her and said this over and over again. Then Lakisha screamed at one of her caregivers to grab a knife to intimidate my daughter even more. According to my daughter the caregiver never adhered to Lakisha's wishes when it came to Lakisha's demands of wanting a knife, but this is completely unacceptable. The owner is CRAZY which is an understatement. She also has a long history of records on circuit court access. Please take a look if you don't believe what I had to say about her long record. This is NOT a group home to be trusted and if you have a loved on that ends up in this group home recommend to have your loved one placed elsewhere because the owner is EXTREMELY ABUSIVE!!!!! AND NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED!!"

"Owner is disrespectful and stole my uncles property from a mentally challenged senior. Kept his state ID that she was only suppose to make a copy of. She lied, and she was nasty to his guardian at all times except the beginning when we signed papers for placement. She told my uncle that she was his guardian. I have filed reports with the state and will be making a police report for the theft of my uncles belongings. I do not recommend thos place or group home. I saw what others are saying about this place. "

"Would never recommend this place. The owner very unprofessional she verbally abuses and threatens residents daily. No cares are given staff sits around all day on their phones gossiping with owner about other staff residents and social media. Lots of profanity used while working. No full course meals or snacks are served for meal times.Owner and staff intimidates residents. The Owner Directs staff to lock out resident from the home. The place should be closed down ASAP "

"Awful. Do not subject your loved one to the nightmare of living in a Rollins Group Home. The owner has a criminal past and is so uncaring. There is theft by staff and all anyone there does is sit around and watch TV in a dark living room with the blinds drawn; or go outside to smoke. The owner has a camera on the residents 24/7. The food is absolute crap; starchy, mostly canned or pre-made and warmed up sodium-laden foods."
