Elite Care Oatfield Estates - Tabor House

I don't know who is in control of this place but i recently visited a family member and their bed was wet from the day before and their clothing. Does all employees take the weekends off? No meds were given to anybody that i spoke to for 2 days or more. I will have my family removed and hope to talk to other family members about what's going on here.

I recently moved my Mom into this community and what a change from her previous senior living situation. My Mom used to sit in her apartment all day and was becoming very depressed and angry. Much of the time she would sleep most of the day and had little interest in meeting with other community residents. There were very few activities available and no attempts were made to get her integrated into the community. I noted an immediate change in my Mom's attitude once she moved into Oatfield Estates. Staff engaged with my Mom and introduced her to other community members and showed her around the grounds. My Mom now participates in bingo sessions, religious services and takes daily walks around the beautiful grounds, which feature several fountains and chickens. All staff at the location are professional, friendly and show a legitimate concern for providing an excellent level of care. The business staff have been very helpful in making my Mom feel welcome and helping me with long term care billing; which has been difficult in the past. The care staff are excellent and very friendly and I feel very comfortable knowing my Mom is being well cared for. The food is even excellent; I really enjoyed the ham and scalloped potatoes served on Easter Day. A+ establishment!

My mom has been her for just under a year. Half the time they dont give her her pain management meds, dont give her meals half the time. Leave soiled linens laying around on the floor. Dont bath her, I have to come bath her myself. She sits half a day in soiled undergarments for the whole day often. She had urine running down her leg onto the floor most days. Dont put your loved one here.

Very homey environment. The Elite Care Fanno Creek facility is in a very peaceful setting and as close to being setup as a home as you can imagine. The residents eat as a group and have nice gardening spaces. Residents seem to routinely hang out in common areas together which was important to us as socializing is important to our family member. The individual units are also very nice.

Elite care is awesome! My grandmother is a resident there and they do a very good job taking care of her! The staff is very kind and very respectful. Their communication with our family has been top notch.
