About

VitaCare Living offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care Services. We provide care at six (6) beautiful communities here in scenic Minnesota in the cities of Duluth, Proctor, Isle, Mora, and Ogilvie.  Each of our homes are full of amenities to help your loved one feel at home!  We offer both 24 hour awake staff as well as 24 hour Registered Nurse Care Coordination. Our homes are secure and safe while creating an environment that helps foster an active social life.

My sister Loves the compassionate staff of this facility.  I had a chance to visit her this past week and her smiles said it all.  The country setting is peaceful and she loves the chance to be outside with nature.

Ogilvie was bought by VitaCare living about two years and I have watched VitaCare come in and completely change the environment and culture, which has been amazing!! The staff is very welcoming and inviting, the residents are very talkative and welcoming! Love the property, just beautiful!
