Sunset Estates

I wholeheartedly recommend Sunset Estates for anyone needing memory care for their loved one. The facility is very homey and kept very clean. But most importantly, the staff are all very caring and well trained. They took such good care of my beloved husband. They treated him with respect and dignity and truly became friends of both of us. I'm so very grateful for their care of him in the last months of his life. They are wonderful. With great gratitude to all of them.

I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones that need care. It was a very difficult decision when I moved my mother here but it was the best thing I've done. The care she receives is wonderful and she loves the caregivers, they truly treat her like family. I am so thankful for all of them.

I highly recommend Sunset Estates and Villa. My loved one was there for 10 months and received exceptional care! I could easily talk to the staff, and was confident that they fulfilled my loved one's needs and understood her character. The communication was great at all levels from the owner on down through the aides and kitchen staff. I was very glad to have found this facility.

Sunset Estates is where I would want my parents if they suffered from Dementia. The staff is so warm and caring! No individual is a number there, but a name. The facility is not overwhelmingly big, so the community becomes somewhat of a family. I would definitely recommend it!

This place does not have Any Accountability for their Employees, and quite frankly doesn't seem to know what they are doing! Their Activities Director Fern Kennington had Booked me to Entertainer the Residents with my Balloon Figures for their Carnival. She didn't clear anything with the Administration! After receiving numerous Stories and Lies from Fern Kennington, I contacted Suzanne who is one of the Administration Staff there. It was the first she had heard of any Invoice or Fee for my Services. Then I learned that Fern Kennington was also soliciting donations from Local Businesses to Sponsor my Services. And she had a friend at a Tire Shop in Caldwell Sponsor me. The Facility, all be it reluctantly, paid me but not before threatening Legal Action against them, because Their Employee was acting on behalf of the Facility! So, what happened to the money she received from the Sponsor? I have no doubt that Fern Kennington kept it for herself! After all of the lies that I exposed, Suzanne treated me as if I was the person who lacked Honesty and Integrity! Go Figure!
