"Place is beautiful; however, seems to be a lot of turnover. It could be a fantastic place IF they would get CNAs in there. Communication issues They have an Open policy and I suggest visiting various hrs of morning and nite. As with every place some care and some don't. Biggest concern is staff turnaround, tenants not being changed frequently and seems short staffed at nights. --We found one sleeping and 2 aides working for 30 residents. They are supposed to take them every 2 hrs to bathroom and check on them at night every 2 hrs. They get them ready for bed by 6:30pm and have found no Pajamas just in diaper. They have had scabies at various times "
