What We Offer ​ Proverbial Care is a 16 bed residential care home. Proverbial Care is licensed as a Texas provider of assisted living for elders who can no longer live on their own, but do not need complex medical care. Proverbial Care offers a full range of affordable, personalized assisted living services, ranging from assisting with activities such as eating (and meal planning), bathing, dressing, laundering, and medication management, to a specially designed program for residents with advancing care needs and other forms of impairment. ​ Our Philosophy Proverbial Care’s business philosophy is to provide a pleasant, affordable and comfortable, home-like environment to elders in a caring and honest manner that supports individuality and independence, preserves dignity, and protects the privacy of each resident, while involving active participation of love ones.
