My mom moved here over 5 years ago and it was the best thing for her after my dad passed away. She would have been all alone in a big house in New York. The Watercrest has in my opinion has prolonged her life . The activities  ( bingo , blackjack , entertainment , parties and special events etc.)  here keep her busy all day . She had made many friends. The facility itself  is immaculate almost like a 5 star hotel. The  staff including management, entertainment , food and wait staff committee and all the aides and the medical team are great. My mom is well taken care of and the whole team here goes above and beyound. This has become my mom’s home now and she loves it. I do not regret the decision for her to go there one bit.

I looked at 12 facilities between Palm Beach County and Lucie County for my mom whom we were moving from NY to a living facility in Florida so that she could get the care she now needed at age 90. When I walked into Watercrest St. Lucie West it felt very different. The residents were smiling, happy and enjoying this beautiful facility and outdoor spaces. I spoke to several of the residents during my visit and asked how they liked it there and all their responses were similar “the staff and people are wonderful”. I met with Diann, the Community Relations Director,  who was so warm and caring and introduced me to some of the staff and residents by name and I could sense the connection she had with the people there. It’s been almost 2 weeks now that we moved my mom to Watercrest and I can see the care they give her and to each of their residents and their families.  I definitely feel like we found her a happy place to call home and I know she will get wonderful loving care from their entire team.  Thank you Diann, Bobi, Michelle, Tom, Gilly, Connie and your entire team that help to make Watercrest this special place.

My husband was in Assisted Living for 2 months and now is in Memory Care. I can't say enough about the entire staff, activities,  outings, etc. I checked out several places before settling on Water
crest so I know what's out there. I am so happy that we ended up here. This was a lifesaver.

I live in California and I needed to temporarily move my mom into an assisted living facility until I could sell her house.  She fell in April and was in a rehab facility and it was very isolating.  We looked at a few places, but none were nearly as nice as Watercrest.  Desperate to find a nice place for my mom I contacted Diann (pictured standing next to my mom).  Diann moved quickly to help and make the move happen.  Still, I was anxious… would my mom like it there… would she make friends?  All that got answered very quickly.  Kathy who coordinates all the activities is AMAZING!  She helped my mom meet her new friends and she never looked back.  The medical staff, front desk, housekeepers are to helpful and kind. I do want to mention Joyce and Martha, along with the chefs, kitchen staff and servers are wonderful and my mom loved the variety of daily food offerings.  While her stay was brief (4 months) she made an amazing group of friends.  We’re so incredibly grateful and blessed to have Watercrest for our transition.  My mom confided with me last week how happy she is here.  If only it was closer to me!  You won’t be disappointed if you choose to have your loved one in this wonderful assisted living facility.

We had such a wonderful visit at Watercrest of Port St!  We were very impressed with the beautiful building, setting, & available amenities .  The property was immaculately kept, the staff very loving & the residents happily enjoying the food & service and activities.   This is a wonderful example of how great senior living can be! Kudos to Bobi and her staff
