My mother has lived there for years and loves everything about it. The staff is great and very caring. Lots of activities and events every month.

We moved into a Wesley facility in March of 2022. We were immediately pleased with friendly staff and neighbors. The food is a treat—not always perfect, but so nice not to have to prepare it. Sharing a table with random residents has helped us get acquainted. As we still work part time, we haven’t found time to participate in every activity, but do enjoy Pickleball, ping pong, hand and foot, pinochle, chess, movies, entertainment programs, Wesley University, and chapel. Observing the yacht club activities and access to the wood shop is great. Our apartment cleaning service is excellent. Indoor parking is appreciated. When we no longer drive, we’ll be glad to use transportation provided. We’ve had no second thoughts about living here. We highly recommend Wesley.

Beautiful facility and staff is exceptional! We were extremely fortunate to find such an amazing community for our mother who has dementia. The Arbor was not yet open when she moved in and the transition went very smoothly for us. They have been a pleasure to work with and are very accommodating with allowing us to have a personal caregiver in a few days a week to assist us with groceries and having a familiar face there! Highly recommend this community!

Facility is beautiful and food is pretty good. Staff is also very capable and attentive if resident is independent but staff will not step up and help push resident if that is what is needed. Care services are difficult to work with and suggest more than what seems necessary and then totally fail to perform the services paid for. they could do much better but staffing shortages are certainly affecting them as everyone. Turnover has been high with care staff and food staff. My mother has not found a sense of community there that i was hoping she would find and people who would care for her which includes pushing her to accept that she needs to sit up, exercise, get out for a meal or whatever which is all necessary to keep an elderly person healthy. If your potential resident is quite independent and needs just a little help, i have no doubt this might be a great choice, Anything beyond that and I am confident that there will be disappointment.

My mom lived at Wesley Bradley Park for just over two years. She started in the Catered Living portion and lived there until we were advised by the staff that they could no longer meet her needs as a person with a dementia diagnosis. At that time, we were advised that the best place for her would be in the Arbor Care unit. We moved her there in May of this year. Within a a month or so, we were advised that she needed more care than they could provide and that we needed to hire 1-1 for her at an additional cost of $3000 a month (she was already paying $10,500 a month) to keep her from falling. I then started taking a look at nearby Memory Care facilities and I was surprised at how lacking the Arbor Care was for residents with memory issues. They don't have fall monitors and when asked about them, I was advised that they had no plans to include them in the rooms. They had few if any daily activities for the residents and residents are not invited to be a part of field trips. They have no choice when it comes to meals. They do very little to encourage family participation. If you have a family member who has a dementia diagnosis, I would encourage you to look elsewhere for care. Other nearby facilities know how to take care of dementia patients and your loved one would be better served living in one of those.
