SUNRISE ASSISTED LIVING AT ALTA LOMA

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beautiful Sunrise at Alta Loma , and I must say, it lives up to its name! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and attentive, and they clearly care deeply about the well-being of their residents. But what really stood out to me was the beauty of the community itself. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and maintained, and the interior spaces are tastefully decorated and furnished. Everywhere I looked, I saw evidence of the care and attention that has gone into creating a comfortable and inviting environment for the residents. During my visit, I had the opportunity to speak with several of the residents, and they all expressed their appreciation for the excellent care they receive at Sunrise. They spoke highly of the staff and the quality of the meals and activities offered. It was clear to me that this is a place where people feel valued and well-cared for. Overall, I would highly recommend Sunrise at Alta Loma to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful home for themselves or a loved one.

Within moments of receiving a tour of Sunrise Alta Loma, from the Director of Sales, we knew that this was the perfect place for our loved one. We put our name down on the wait list immediately. We were thrilled when move in day came and the entire Sunrise team was helping us and making us feel welcome to the Sunrise family. When we had to leave our family member for the first time at the end of the day, the Executive Director stepped in to spend time with them. The Executive Director and the entire team made our family member feel welcome, safe, and a part of the Sunrise family. My family member is very well taken care of by her Designated Care Manager, who over sees the day to day care of them. The daily care and activities of each resident is reported and logged by the Assisted Living Coordinator. This has come in really handy due to the disease my loved one has of memory loss. They cannot remember what they did on a day to day basis or when the last time they were given a shower. By logging these activities, we are able to reassure our family member that they indeed have been taken care of. The Resident Care Director and the Wellness Team are very thorough about the well being of all the residents. The also assist the residents with their doctors visits, take very accurate notes, and pass on all information pertaining to the visit. They are also on top of all the residents medications and make sure they are distributed in a timely manner every single day! The Activities and Volunteer Coordinator always has fun and interesting activities planned for the residents. These could be anything from flower arranging to walking groups to art classes to cooking classes to bingo and more! They also love to involve the families when possible by hosting holiday parties, Sunday brunches, and festivals. As for the food, the Dining Services Team not only gives the residents a lot of options to choose from on a daily basis, but the food is just outstanding! They make all different types of dishes from American to European to Mexican etc. The Dining Services Team also takes requests from the family and residents of different dishes they miss or just really like. Down the road, at some point, my family member will have to move into memory care. We know they will be very well taken care of by the Reminisce Team when they do have to move there. Talk about top care and one of the best memory care teams ever! In the end, my loved one is in the best care at Sunrise Alta Loma and we cannot thank the entire team enough for all that they do not only for their residents, but the families of the residents too. I fully trust Sunrise Alta Loma to take the best care of my loved one for the remainder of their life. Thank you Sunrise Alta Loma! You all are truly the best senior care team out there!!

As a Senior Industry Professional, I have visited many senior living communities. What I love most about Sunrise At Alta Loma is seeing the residents engaged in activities. It brings my heart so much joy to see the residents having fun and interacting with each other. The staff at Sunrise at Alta Loma are attentive and caring to their residents. If you are looking for a community where your loved one will be cared for and have lots of activities to keep them busy, then you need to visit Sunrise at Alta Loma.

My family members have varying levels of care/need. Sunrise has taken great care of my family. Their staff are patient and kind, and highly communicative with me. They have activities and fulfilling days of enrichment, both in their small community as well as the larger Alta Loma community as well. I am blessed to have them.

A couple years ago I discovered Sunrise and brought my uncle to live there. I’ve been so happy with the staff from the Management to the Nurses to the Care Managers that when I needed a place for my aunt to live it was a no brainer. Everyone is so caring and friendly. The staff at Sunrise always makes me feel like Family. They also put on several Events throughout the year and they are so much fun. I highly recommend Sunrise Senior Living for your loved ones. I can tell you I’m very glad I chose them for mine.
