THE WATERS ON MAYOWOOD

Could not ask for better care for family member. She always says how wonderful the staff is and I have always had clear communication with the nursing team. The Active Life Team provides two highly engaging programs a day in Specialty Care that have made a noticeable difference in her quality of life. Such peace of mind knowing she is at “home.” As she said at her last birthday party, “You are like a second family to me.” That speaks to the sense of community among the residents that the staff cultivates at The Waters. Pricing remains fair and predictable. Highly recommend!

I Cannot express enough how Wonderful the Waters is!!! Mom has been there 4 years and loves it there. We had her 90th Birthday Party and it was Fabulous. Everyone at her Party Raved about the Food the Waters Catered for us. The Birthday Cake was Phenomenal. Dave did a wonderful job with everything alway checking on us to see if we needed anything. Thank You Waters for all you do there especially with all the activities you do through the day!!!

It's a beautiful place. Staff go above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly. I love all the activities. I'm just going to point out it desperately needs a paint job on the outside......

There are no adjectives strong enough to describe what an awesome experience we've had at The Waters in Rochester! From the first encounter, they took the time to learn her likes and dislikes, and what she needed to feel independent, supported, and maintain her dignity. At every change in her mental capabilities, they reevaluated to make sure they were doing everything in their power to safely let her make decisions. The activity department is second to none! In 4 years, I don't ever remember Mary and Marybeth repeating a Table Talk! They're fun, energetic, engaging, and make topics easy to follow. We enjoyed all the music, pet therapy dogs, massage therapy, outside entertainment, field trips, etc. over the years, too! The room has high ceilings and the community areas are beautiful with 2 fireplaces, pool table, exercise room, 2 kitchens, and a warm inviting TV area. The food is chef prepared and offer great selections. If there was anywhere better for our mom with dementia, she would have been there! We loved our 4 years at The Waters and thank you for all you've done for our mom!
