"This facility is licensed for 6 bed resident care. The ratio of care this facility was operating under was 8/2, two caregivers to Eight residents, possibly 9 residents. These caregivers wearing multiple hats of cook, cleaning and caregiving. Causing many irregularities in my 88 year old mothers care including physical neglect, problems with administering meds & the lack of daily attention to my mothers needs, resulting in my mothers two bad falls of 3/20/21- multiple patella fracture & 6/23/2021-one of the worst multiple hip femur fractures seen by orthopedics. NOT ONCE DID THE FACILITY NOTIFY ME OR CALL 911!!! Licensing Code violations only worried about her money greedy license then my poor helpless 88 year old mom w/dementia. Mother was forgotten and farmed out to roast in the sun resulting in sun damage and precancerous mole addressed with hospitals dermatology. Lucy C. Parker is money greedy with no respect compassion consideration or empathy for her residents. My Mothers surgery was high risk, I honestly thought we were going to lose her, hospitalized over a week and not once did she ask how moms doing or let alone send a card. Her only reaching out was to find out if mother was returning to pack in yet another resident into her money greedy assembly line. "
