Licensed for 6 patients, private bedrooms and bathrooms. Operated by RN/PTA, with CNA staff available 24/7. Specialty with dementia and mental illness as well as diabetic clients. This AFH is very close to major hospitals (University of WA and children's hospital) and has a view of lake Washington. We have huge parking space for family and visitors and very close to bus stop. We provide specialized care according to the needs of our clients. We focus on giving our clients the best comfort of care and uphold their rights and dignity.
