"If you are looking for a place to send your family member DO NOT send them here. The owners will be all sweet and kind telling you this is a great place that will take care of your family member until the end. But they are not. As soon as everything gets settled they will start complaining and asking for more money. Saying that your family member needs more help then they thought, that the nurses need more money ect. When they can't get more money from the government or you they will then say that your family member doesn't like it there and that they aren't a good fit for eachother. This is not just our experience. We've heard it from multiple families that have stayed there and left. That we became friends with. I repeat do not send your family member here. These people are trouble and do not care about the elderly."
