Heaven's Hands AFH

We are a fully licensed Adult Family Home (AFH) located in Spokane Valley, WA in the beautiful Rock River Estates. The owner Aaron is a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience working in critical care and serving the aging population. Aaron will provide your loved one with the kindness and compassion they deserve, while managing complex medical and care needs. We also have a medical social worker whose goal is to see your loved one thrive in their new environment. Staff Capability: We are owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and can accept residents with complex medical and care needs. We are able to assist with all ADLs, including ambulation, transfers, incontinence/toileting, dressing, feeding, bathing, etc. We can also manage many nursing tasks such as feeding tubes, diabetes (including sliding scale), IV antibiotics, oxygen, ostomy, catheters, and provide wound care. All nursing services and awake staff must be agreed to prior to admission. Cost and Medicaid: We require a one year spend down. On average, the cost per month is somewhere between 7500-13K per month for private pay. Cost is dependent on care needs, awake staff need, and nursing needs.
