About
HomeShare Healthcare has been owned and operated by a husband and wife caregiving team for 29 years. Chuck is a licensed nurse, and Toni is a NAC and trained EMT.
We specialize in dementia/Alzheimer's care and also provide skilled nursing care including sliding scale diabetic monitoring and injections, G-tube feedings, wound care, O2, catheter care, and more. We provide nearly 1:1 care at a fraction of the cost of comparable services provided in other facilities or by home health companies.
If you're looking for a true family atmosphere complete with a dachshund and the occasional grandchild running around, you should give us a call!

Come here for compassionate care for your loved ones. Chuck and Toni are very kind and will love your family like their own.
Chuck and Toni were so helpful in explaining the care they do with my Father. They were kind and truly compassionate people. My Father had a hard time at other places and since he's been there it seems like he has more energy and is always talking with Chuck about old cars which he absolutely loves. They say even though he has dementia it's important to keep him connected with his life's passions . I truly believe placing him here has given him more years with us. If you are looking for care for your loved one I'd recommend HomeShare Healthcare. If your lucky to find they have an opening, I wouldn't hesitate to take it.
I was very displeased with Chuck. I would not trust him at all as he is agressive, rude and abrasive.
