"Precious People is a wonderful facility with an incredibly generous owner and amazing staff. The owner, Stephanie Bowser, goes above and beyond for not just her residents but also her staff. Having been in the field of caring for vulnerable adults for most of her working career, Stephanie is well beyond experienced to give these adults the best care possible. She expects a lot from her staff; she expects them to give the same care she would and will step in when there are employees unable to do so. The safety of her residents is her number one priority and when she feels that safety is jeopardized, she does everything she can to remedy the situation immediately. It’s unfortunate there are former, disgruntled employees that need to go out of their way to slander Stephanie and her business because she didn’t allow them to walk all over her, take advantage of her and the rest of her staff, and provide her residents with less than mediocre care. Stephanie provides the best and expects the best. If one can’t handle that heat then perhaps they should stay out of the kitchen. "

"This place is not only a great environment that i would work in but the care is exceptional. It is clean and the residents and staff are always so happy. I have seen the staff take residents outside for BBQ's and enjoying the sunshine. The owner buys the residents gifts for holidays, and has pizza parties and birthday parties unlike any other facility i have been too. It's obvious how much the owner cares for the residents here, just as much as she cares for her staff. I would not only put my family here but myself as well. I would highly recommend! Don't always take disgruntled employees reviews too heart, sometimes the problem is them and not the facility. On a scale of 1 to 10, i give an 11! Thanks Precious People for caring for my loved one! "This place is awful, and I would never want my loved one to be under the care of the people here. Stephanie Bowser, the owner, seems only cares about the money, and not the actual people. I know that at least 2 Residents have died and another was seriously injured while under Stephanie's care, because she would not give the live-in caregiver permission to call an ambulance, until it became very apparent that something was wrong. I've also seen blatant lies where this business claims to have 24 hour awake staff, which is 100% false. There is a mouse problem that the owner refused to professionally take care of, including mouse droppings in and around food. The Residents rarely leave the house, rarely get to go outside, and spend 80% of their day sitting in front of the tv. And the abuse doesn't end with the Residents. The former live-in caregiver was working well over 70 hours a week, and was even required to work on her time off (taking clients to appointments and grocery shopping). Stephanie even went as far as to deny the live-in caregiver time off while her child was in the hospital, having seizures. Stephanie and her wife are also attempting to defraud taxes by claiming this is their primary residence, and converted the office into a bedroom in an attempt to prove this. Stephanie has also withheld paychecks, completely out of spite. On a scale of 0 to 5, I would rate this place a 0, and I hope that the people who trust that their loved ones are being cared for will see this. "

"The two people that own this business, Stephanie and Kim Bowser, are the rudest business people I have ever met. The live in apt. for a live-in caregiver is horrid. It was mice infested and the conditions of it were horrid and they never fix anything and expect the live in caregiver to work 24/7 with never a pd. vacation or any days off and they expect you to work like a dog all the time. The residents never get to go outside and the deck is falling apart along with the hand railing. The fence is falling down. There are bees in the bushes. They never spray for spiders "
