"This Valley House is NOT a very good place to put your loved one at. My bestfriend lives here. He was born with Asthma and he has a rescue inhaler that he is supposed to keep on him constantly yet they won't give it to him, he can use it only every 4 hours at the nurses station. What happens if he has an attact while he is on a walk and NO rescue inhaler on him?? Plus he told me that the food they serve is small portions. He was very sick and He had to call the non emergency to take himself to the hospital. They are not there to help the residents in anyway. Could the administrators be pocketing some of the funds and that's why residents are treated poorly and fed inadequately."
