Grand Care Home

Grand Care Home is an adult family care home located in Tacoma, Washington. At Grand Care, we provide long term non-medical custodial care to functionally disabled and frail seniors. Our services include residents’ care with diagnosis in Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s, hospice, and physical disabilities. Operating 24 hours a day, we assist residents with personalized daily care, supporting their daily living activities and hobbies in a home set environment. As a resident’s health, physical, or mental state decline due to aging, residents are attentively cared for by our staff that are trained and experienced in non-medical heavy care, palliative, and end of life hospice care. In past experiences, we have worked with Multicare and Franciscan Hospice teams. Grand Care Home is currently licensed by the Department of Social Health and Services with a certificate in Geriatric Care from the University of Washington’s Geriatric Health Promotion Series. Our employees are qualified caregivers, with required courses completed in fundamentals of caregiving, nurse delegation, and dementia for the certification in Nursing Assistant Registered, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Home Care Aide.
