We helped my cousin move her mom in here and was immediately hit with a strong urine odor throughout the lobby and hallway. Her room was also not ready and was missing blinds. To top things off, my aunt was neglected and did not receive proper care. Do yourself and your family a favor and look elsewhere for care

BEWARE - Please think twice before putting your loved one here. My Dad lost 20 lbs in 4 months. Actually hired an outside agency for up to 6 hours a day to ensure he was eating. There is not enough Staff to assist the amount of residents. One of the Aids told me he had ringworm so that's why she shaved his head bald, but the nurse told me he did not have ringworm. He did not receive all his medicine everyday.

The workers have always been helpful and friendly. They took good care of my wife for several years.

Really great facility and people who genuinely care. Ive had most of my dealings with Hailey Jones who is very caring and compassionate for the people at this facility. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a loved one here!

I do not recommend this facility if you want your loved one to be treated as anything more than "just a number." My father passed away here, and not once did anyone reach out to offer condolences. He lived in this facility for nearly three years, and sadly, the treatment he received was exactly that; impersonal and indifferent. The most distressing experience occurred at the end of his life. Despite having a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order in place from the very beginning, the staff failed to honor it. My father, already frail, endured the trauma of CPR being performed on him. I was on the phone with the paramedics when I heard them scrambling to locate the DNR. Initially, I was told the DNR was invalid because it lacked a doctor's signature, only for them to later find a valid, signed copy. This demonstrated a shocking lack of training and negligence by those responsible for his care. Nearly three years with a valid DR in place, and yet, this was how my father was treated. The lack of proper care and attention was apparent throughout his time there. While I could elaborate on the countless other shortcomings, I hope that sharing this experience helps someone else make a more informed decision.
