Best Care Adult Family Home LLC

I have been SO happy with the care my mom is getting at Best Care AFH! Caregivers there are easy to work with and sincerely care about my mother and her comfort. They have been more than helpful getting mom's medications dialed in. The place that mom lived in before was so horrible in comparison. Here my mom seems calmer, has less anxiety, and her personal care is much improved. The staff are easy to work with for doctor video visits and were patient while we worked out the kinks of changing care homes. Communication and cooperation have been very good. I worry so much less about my mom and her care now!

I am a visiting nurse and have seen many different adult care homes over the course of my career. I chose Tatiana’s home for my mother because I knew she would receive the best care. She has now been a resident for nearly a year and I cannot express how grateful I am for this wonderful family who treat my mother as if she were a member of their own family. They are so loving, kind, and patient with my mother who now requires total care. The adult care facility is a brand new addition to Tatiana’s home and is clean and bright. There is a small “living room” and separate dining area for residents and a very nice covered patio overlooking the beautiful flowers and trees in the yard. There are not adequate words to express how I feel knowing my mother is in such a wonderful environment receiving the best care. We are so blessed!

This is absolutely the best place for my mom. The first impression is that it is a home where she would not only be cared for but have the ability to make friends. She is able engage in conversations with the residents and on sunny days they set outside. My mother is full care and I have never visited when she wasn’t clean and dressed for the day. The biggest compliment came from the ER nurse when she had her second stroke, was that the nurse stated her skin was in beautiful condition. Tatiana and Val are wonderful care givers and really work with the residents to get to know them. This is absolutely the best home care facility. They really do care and go above and beyond. I am very thankful for Tatiana and Val for taking such good care of my mom.

If you are looking to place your loved one in a loving caring home look no further. My 93 year old Mother has been living in this home for over two years. Tatiana and her family have been taking wonderful care of her. I live out of state and am only able to visit her once or twice a year. Tatiana has been very helpful and notifies me about my mothers medication if she feels there needs to be a change. She has gone to doctor appointments with my mother so the doctor better understands my mother’s needs. She also returns my calls or texts if I have concerns and gets back to me immediately or as soon as she can. When I do visit the home is clean and there is always a delicious aroma from the kitchen so I know my mum is getting fed well. The outside garden area is covered, beautiful and a pleasant place to visit with family. It is also at the end of a cul-de-sac and is quiet with lots of privacy. You’ll have peace of mind if you choose this home for your loved one. I know I do. I appreciate all you do and I know my mother does too.

Best Care provided great care for my mother, who suffered from both Alzheimer's and a variety of other physical issues. Tatiana and her family kept us promptly informed of all changes in my mother's status and always treated her with affection and respect. The facility was always spotlessly clean and they closely followed all the Covid restrictions. Highly recommended.
