The staff at Tanner Spring has been individually selected based on prior experience, training and their authentic desire to be of service to our residents and their families. Building on this foundation, each new staff member receives a comprehensive orientation to our community and training. Each department is actively supervised by a manager who continuously seeks to improve the experiences of our residents and their families. Let the staff of Tanner Spring welcome you home. Memory Care at Tanner Spring provides a safe, familiar and warm environment filled with understanding, comfort and flexibility. Our compassionate care for residents begins with detailed knowledge of each person’s life history, preferences and needs gathered from the residents themselves, family members, caregivers and physicians. With this information, our relationship with each resident is unique. Residents have the freedom to live in a barrier free environment that allows plenty of walking space, including on the veranda, with the security of staff nearby. Our full time Activities Director is dedicated to enriching the live of our residents through stimulating activities such as afternoon drives through the local countryside and baking classes.
