It is my privilege and my opportunity to comment and reflect up the services at Fountain View in West Palm Beach in the care of my 98-year-old mother, during the last seven years. Our experience at Fountain View has been extraordinary. My mother received personal, warm, attentive, and very competent care and attention all these years. She lived in two different apartment solutions, moving to assisted living care at the end of her residency. I have only respect, affection, and a sense of obligation to the fantastic teams over the last years in support of my mother's daily happiness, satisfaction, safety, and health. I highly recommend Fountain View and their many services for seniors in transition of lifestyles and living arrangements. Thank you, Fountain View.

Lovely visit with a family member who had just moved to Fountainview a short time ago, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of activities and cozy common areas, there is truly something for everyone. The facility also offers a variety of engaging activities and programs that keep the residents active and entertained. One of the highlights of my visit was the food, we decided to stay for dinner. The dining experience was exceptional. I couldn’t get over the menu for a senior living facility, like nothing I have ever seen. The food service staff deserves special mention, they seemed very attentive, friendly, and willing to accommodate special requests from the residents. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive dining experience. All of the staff that we came across and interacted with seemed to go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents. Their compassion and professionalism are evident in every interaction, making the residents feel valued and cared for. I will be sure to make note of Fountainview for when I reach that next phase of life!

My father has lived at Fountainview for about a year. The staff...front desk, admin and security have all been very helpful. Not living near by, I have had to call and ask for some assistance and the staff has always help!

My dad recently decided that he was ready to move into independent living. He is 88 years old and we spent some time visiting various places that offered both independent and if needed assisted living at some future point. Fountainview was the clear winner. Marina who is the director of sales and marketing was so easy to work with and her caring attitude is reflected in the many staff we met. She understood what my dad’s budget was and helped us walk through the process in an easy to understand and non pressurized way. Briana the move in coordinator was also very helpful and helped guide us. My dad seems to love the food and the activities and we are all relieved he will have a pendant and other safety precautions as he ages. The staff seem really caring and the residents appear to be very happy. The social activities are varied and well thought out. Definitely the best decision my dad has made and I would heartily recommend fountainview to anyone who is looking for independent living.

Beware of Fountainview's Unpredictable Rate Increases When I first chose Fountainview as the assisted living facility for my grandmother, the initial rates and promises seemed fair and reassuring. The staff appeared attentive, and the environment felt welcoming. However, over time, my experience has become increasingly frustrating and disappointing. Despite their claim that rates are assessed only once per year in January, I've received multiple calls throughout the year notifying me of unexpected rate increases. These incremental hikes seem arbitrary and make financial planning nearly impossible. It feels as though they strategically raise costs little by little to amplify the standard end-of-year increase. What's most concerning is the lack of transparency and empathy in these practices. There's no clear rationale provided for the frequent adjustments, leaving families feeling blindsided and burdened. I made the mistake of initially placing my trust in the management without scrutinizing due to the urgent need for my grandmother to move. Now, I find myself seeking legal counsel to address these issues. If you're considering Fountainview for your loved ones, I strongly recommend consulting an elder care attorney to thoroughly review any agreements. Unfortunately, my experience with Fountainview has been a cautionary tale I hope others can learn from.
