Joyel was a master at eliminating my mother in  law concerns and set our entire family at ease. We interviewed 4 long term care facilities and are thrilled that be moving into the Bristal. I can’t say enough about The Bristal at Woodcliff Lake! Katrina and Joyel have been amazing to deal with and are truly a blessing in my life. ALL of the staff have been amazing at helping my 90 year old mother transfer to her new home, especially Patti/ Mital and the rest of the nursing staff!!! Thank You!

Ginnie gave us a tour of the Bristal..  It was refreshing to know she has been at the Bristal for 12 years.  We felt very comfortable with her from the start to the finish of the process.  She knew every aspect of how things operate and I knew it was the right place for my friend.  She continued to be easily accessible with all our questions and concerns.  We watched her interact with the staff as well as the residents and she appeared to be well respected.  She introduced us to many people on the tour who all seemed professional in their field.  We are so happy with our choice and my friend couldn’t be happier there.  I would highly recommend The Bristol.  My friend is there a few months now and I can honestly say it feels like home for her.

Joyel toured me throughout this community. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and made things easy for me to comprehend through this normally difficult process. I had never been to any assisted living before and she made us laugh and feel comfortable, which honestly was refreshing. We were looking for my Grandmother. It was such a nice community. My Grandmother will move in soon, and we definitely feel like there was nowhere better. 5/5 Would recommend.
