James and Marylou Preston have owned and managed Hillside for over 30 years. They live on site and raised their family here. Having a loving family atmosphere has always been their goal for the residents.
Over the years, they have grown Hillside into a thriving residential care community licensed for up to 35 beds with contracts with both Medicaid and the Dayton Veterans administration.
To assist residents financially, Hillside offers all-inclusive rates, no community fee, no private pay waiting period for Medicaid waivers.
Mr. Preston was recognized by the Ohio Assisted Living association as the 2016 Administrator of the year.
