Northwest Therapy Center LLC

Northwest Therapy Center LLC is a Medicare-certified Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility located in Seattle, Washington. A Medicare-certified CORF provides coordinated outpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and restorative services for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled, or sick patients at a single fixed location.

CORFs provide coordinated rehabilitation services for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, respiratory therapy, and psychological services.

Medicare covers CORF services when ordered by a physician as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Patients are responsible for the Part B deductible and 20% coinsurance for covered services.
