LITTLE ROCK MIDTOWN DIALYSIS

"When my Aunt first started coming to this facility the staff was nice and showed compassion and good patient care. As time has went on, the staff has declined in their compassion and care for patient's. My Aunt has fallen at this facility (more than once), in which one time led to a trip to the ER with a contusion to her head and multiple bruises and pulled muscles in both legs and low back. This fall was determined to be caused by low blood pressure from treatment and released with no assistance to waiting area. There is an ongoing issue with the staff being unavailable during the treatment to these patient's as patient's blood pressure drops too low and unacceptable attitudes by staff to patients when the patient is aware of what's going on around them. During staff lunch time, the patient's are going unattended to for long periods of time. Front receptionist Rose is by far the nicest staff at this facility. With all do respect, please make improvements for the benefit of these patient's. No one wants to see their loved one go through struggles during their limited time left with us.
