The staff members are notably attentive and considerate of patients' time, which I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the coordinated care approach is something I value. Jaclyn Farino is a truly excellent doctor, and she demonstrates genuine care for her patients, always striving for their well-being. I am very pleased with the doctors and staff.

My sister has been going to LISH for over 10 years. Dr Farmer is a wonderful doctor and is always professional.

absolutely the worst phone service. EVER. ! waited on hold 40 minutes then I was forced to leave a message .requested a call back. they never did. obviously they do NOT think my time is valuable. the next day, same issue. how disrespect they are to their patients.

12/23-my sister Stephanie tripped and felll on her nose while going to her program around 9AM. They asked me to pick her up and take her to the Dr. Since she had an appointment and the program is 10 minutes from the Drs office, I began calling LISH from the time I received the call until I was almost at the Drs office. I was on hold with LISH for 48 minutes before someone picking up the phone. I informed Christine who answered the phone if I could bring my sister in and that We were pulling into the parking lot. I arrive at LOSH and there was not a person in the waiting room (see picture) and they refused to see me. The Phlebotomist and another person came out and said they were busy and he would not be able to see her, especially if she needs X-rays so I should take her to the ER and return @ 3:45 that day. My sister has special needs and LISH deals with most who have special needs, that is why I feel they do things like that. Refuse a patient who is already there. I have never been to a Drs office where the Dr won’t day well she is here but let her know I will see her, but they will have to wait.

Very welcoming and accommodating! Just don’t be late because after 5 minutes they reschedule your appointment.
