I just want to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service I received from Marquis and a wonderful lady who was working alongside him today (I wish I had gotten her name!). I came in right before closing — the only time I could make it after work — and despite the late hour, they welcomed me with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to truly listen to the issue I was facing and went above and beyond to help, even though I had previously encountered several staff members who dismissed my concerns. Their willingness to step up and assist meant so much to me. It's rare to come across people in this field who care as much as they do. Thank you both sincerely — I hope you receive the recognition you absolutely deserve.

The Dr C. Golden was very rude and condescending ! I have only spoken to her twice over the phone !! Once in person!! She was very rude she asked me what’s wrong with me ! I begin to tell her I get acupuncture for pain in my feet and knees!! She tells me I need to wear the right shoes !! I asked what are the right shoes to wear with my disability!! She got mad and left !! I said I can’t believe you’re walking out when I’m asking a question!! She has be rude in the past but this was on a whole different level!!

We’ve had a terrible experience with Well paces Health. Despite having valid medical coverage, they consistently refuse or delay scheduling appointments for me and my family — including for my kids who need care. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way, especially when health and timely care are so important. It feels like they don’t care about patients at all. The staff are unhelpful, and communication is poor. No one should have to beg to get basic medical attention that they’re entitled to. The healthcare system is already hard enough to navigate — providers like Well space Health make it worse. I hope others think twice before trusting them with their family’s health.

Well Space Health Always make excuses to not schedule an appointment for my annually check up. I have been calling for more than 2 years at Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, North Highland and other places in Sacramento California. They always said not open schedule. I asked I can wait as long as appointment available they said not. Doctor schedule is full call on Monday when I call on Monday they say the same excuses to call on Tuesday when I called on Tuesday they make another excuses to call on Thursday and they keep changing it.

Have over 20 appointments here since start seeing wellspace . Doctors are good but poor staff members who do check in . Happened 3 times in total including today that they refuse to check us in because we are late 6 minutes to appointment. Today appointment was 9:10 and we tried to check in 9:16 and they said we are late and make another appointment after 1.5 months. Many times it happened we also wait for Provider for an hour or more when we are on time and then they say sorry we are behind time . We are 6 minutes late they refuse to see
